Transforming the area into a desirable, culturally-rich residential district.
Our challenge was to launch and establish Ballymore’s landmark East London riverside development Goodluck Hope, including supporting all sales phases by utilising the heritage of the location and transformation of the Leamouth Peninsula by Ballymore.
Our communications campaign focussed on place making and positioning the development as a new island destination in the Capital.

We have devised a regular programme of creative news stories alongside cultural and stakeholder events at the marketing suite to ensure the development is regularly front of mind for the media and buyers. This includes profile & speaker opportunities for the Managing Director at key industry events.
Our launch PR campaign achieved excellent results including coverage of the development in key national newspapers, as well as luxury and international media.
Post launch we have consistently secured regular coverage through creative campaigns that focus on the design credentials, seasonal initiatives and construction milestones alongside impactful brand partnerships and events.
