Building an employee engagement strategy to build colleague belief in the company’s long term strategy and product pipeline.
Prior to its merger with BMS, we worked with global biotech Celgene to maintain employee engagement and commitment in preparation for the loss of patent protection for one of its top medicines.
The engagement campaign was designed to build employee belief in the bio-tech’s strategy, product pipeline and product innovation focused on treating patients with cancer and blood disorders.
We gathered and shaped insight with a series of employee focus groups and stakeholder workshops. This insight informed our targeted strategy and a creative campaign inspired by patient stories; showing employees how the work they were doing, whether in a lab, a manufacturing facility or in one of the head office support functions.
