We’re working with global bio-pharmaceuticals company, Celgene, on an employee engagement strategy to build colleague belief in the company’s long term strategy and product pipeline.
Building on a ‘Listen’ phase that is shaping the communications strategy and audience targeting approach, the programme includes the creation of a compelling narrative, which connects Celgene’s values with a bold purpose and bright future.
Turning vision into action
The ‘Lead’ phase of the programme is about enabling leaders and managers to add local context, to give employees the belief to turn the vision into action.
Then comes the fun stuff, in the form of a ‘Live It’ phase, in which we’re helping employees to bring the vision to life, by sharing positive experiences and celebrating the behaviours that will deliver success.
