Delivering industy leading levels of engagement to drive Electric Vehicle sales 

As ever more of us switch to electric and hybrid vehicles, how does the TrustFord dealership group differentiate itself from all the other Ford (and indeed non-Ford) retailers vying for sales?

Studying customer research and data, we found a clear unmet need for answers to questions. From concerns about charging the battery to uncertainty around driving style, we saw customers were looking for helpful and trustworthy sales advice and answers to their many questions.

We created ‘Electric Dreams’, a sales campaign which featured a TrustFord sales advisor acting as expert counsellor shifting from dream therapy to retail therapy. We positioned TrustFord as the dealership group providing trusted answers to customers’ questions, turning their electric dreams into reality. We developed social media assets, point of sale materials, radio ads, VOD, digital advertising and a toolkit so sites could undertake their own initiatives. 

In five years working with TrustFord, we’ve set the benchmark for automotive dealership marketing and communications, delivering industry-leading levels of engagement. Our work has increased sales conversion and delivered significant revenue growth, in a client partnership that has led to accolades including the prestigious AM Magazine award for Best Marketing.
