Positioning TrustFord as the go-to Mustang Mach-E retailer

The all-electric Mustang Mach-E is one of the most hotly anticipated new cars that Ford has ever launched. But how could the TrustFord dealership group differentiate itself from all the other Ford retailers vying for orders?

Analysing online conversations and customer data, we identified that potential buyers of electric vehicles were looking to answer a whole range of questions in their search for a new car; far more so than when buying a conventional vehicle.

Building on this need, we developed a suitably electrifying creative campaign to promote the launch, positioning TrustFord staff as highly knowledgeable experts about electric vehicles who had gone the extra mile to be ready to answer customer queries.

We created ‘Fully Charged’, a sales campaign centred on an engaging quiz show which featured a TrustFord sales advisor answering questions in a race to the top of the electric car leaderboard. We developed social media assets, point of sale materials, radio ads, VOD, digital advertising and a toolkit so sites could undertake their own initiatives.

This is our latest strategic campaign in five years of working with TrustFord, where we have driven industry leading levels of engagement, increased sales conversion and delivered significant revenue growth.
