Unlocking excellence amongst engineering entrepreneurs
Royal Academy of Engineering
Connecting the industry to build and lead high growth companies.
Good Relations handles the PR and communications for the Royal Academy of Engineering’s ‘Enterprise Hub’, championing the creation of valuable connections between SME, academic, and business audiences.
As the UK’s national academy for engineering and technology, the Royal Academy of Engineering brings together the most talented and successful engineers – to advance and promote excellence in engineering for the benefit of society.
Helping to raise £500m for engineering start-ups by 2025
The Enterprise Hub helps the brightest engineering and tech entrepreneurs to become exceptional business leaders and turn their ideas into reality. The initiative is supporting the creation of 5,000 jobs and the raising of £500m by 2025. Good Relations harnesses the experience and expertise of the Royal Academy’s Fellows to highlight the achievements of the business leaders behind the businesses supported by the Enterprise Hub’s support, guidance and mentoring.
From its Annual Showcase to initiatives such as the SME Leaders programme, our work focuses on positioning the Enterprise Hub’s programmes and support as distinct from that provided by venture capital and incubator hubs.
By locking into the challenges set out in the Government’s Industrial Strategy from an ageing society to AI, we are helping the nation’s leading engineers create strong connections to build and lead the investable, high-growth start-ups and companies that will shape tomorrow’s society.
