Creating a step-change in the way that bus drivers interact with their customers.

Transport for London (TFL) is looking to create a step-change in the way that bus drivers interact with their customers.

The aim of the campaign is to create a sense of pride in the job and inspire their commitment to always trying to do the right thing for customers.

Bolstering an ATL campaign with internal communications

We came up with a campaign inspired by the typical conversations drivers have back at the bus depot after a shift. The drivers had been on a Hello London’ course run by TFL which used character actors to play out typical journey scenarios.

The two most popular characters from the course were called Bee and Tee, who feature in our film and a supporting campaign which incorporates posters, social media activations and leadership messages.

The internal campaign launches in Autumn 2018 along with an above the line ad campaign.
