Proud to support #ServiceWithRespect in support of frontline customer service workers facing abuse.

 

Exciting times! We’ve been shortlisted for best B2B Campaign at the PRCA Dare Awards alongside our partners at Cavendish Advocacy.
 

We’re proud to have launched ‘Service with Respect’ for the Institute of Customer Service – a campaign developed during the pandemic in response to reports from ICS members of a steep increase in abuse of frontline customer service workers.

To date, the campaign has received support from over 135 household brands – from Post Office Ltd to Sainsbury’s and parliamentarians from across the political spectrum, as well as delivering 287 pieces of coverage across broadcast and traditional media.
